Pics of the dryer balls

Here is a pic of some of our Felted Dryer Balls. They are a great new addition to our Ranch Store, Pearl's Marketplace. Felted dryer balls are an all natural alternative to dryer sheets (ugh, lots of chemicals). They are eco friendly, reusable and chemical free. All our balls are made with alpaca and llama which is naturally hypo allergenic. No dyes are used either. Saves you money by drying clothes 20-50% faster by lifting and separating clothes while reducing static and softening fabrics. (Drying time saving based on using 3-4 balls and depends on load size) No more chemical residue that makes towels and diapers less absorbant!

Twin Baby Boys

Born January 17, 2010, our first kids of the year! Darlene had 1 brown and one brown/red boys yesterday afternoon. Darlene, recently purchased is still in Austin, TX waiting for us to pick her up along with Deidre and Dean. Deidre has to deliver too before we can pick them up. Dean is our first buck. I'm so excited but I wish I could be in Texas with them, ugggh.

Roc Days and Dryer Balls

Went to Roc Days in Baton Rouge this weekend. Our vendor booth did well and the biggest hit was our new item "dryer balls". Dryer balls are a green alternative to dryer sheets that will actually reduce drying time, cut down on static and soften your fabrics gently. We sold out right after the show started. Guess what I'm making this weekend???? I'll post a picture soon.

The trip was fun and we made 2 stops at the Mississippi Craftsman Guild building & giftshop. Wow that is a beautiful place full of wonderful things.

Burrrr It's really cold in Mississippi today

Happy New Year everyone, I'm going to start out trying to do this blog thing! I am busy this week getting ready for Roc Days in Baton Rouge. My hands are really chapped, not from the cold but from the hot water I use for felting. Hopefully I will sell lots of felted soaps, felted jewelry and yarns this weekend.

Also Tina is busy making some changes to the website so go and check it out.

BIG Thanks to Tina!
